If you are an employee of a local government organization working with 65th North Group and would like to make a report of a fraud or ethics concern, please use this form to contact us directly. The only mandated fields are the "name of your organization" and the "message" sections; however, we ask that you consider providing your email or phone so that we can contact you if needed. To the extent allowed by law, you will remain anonymous.
Once submitted, a specialist with 65th North Group will review your report and provide the appropriate information to your employer.
